Our one-of-a-kind, award-winning Personal Preferences program was developed to help ease our residents’ transition to their new home, honor their individuality and ensure their days are filled with as many meaningful and highly personalized activities as possible.
As the name implies, the goal of Personal Preferences is to use the personal information we learn about our residents from family members, friends and themselves to design services and schedules around their own routines, habits, interests and memories.
Whether a resident is used to enjoying a cheeseburger on Tuesday evenings, needs help with pet care, wants to see a sporting event or play or has always wanted to sky dive, our goal is to make it happen.
Our Personal Preference Coordinator also maintains close contact with family members to provide updates on how their loved one is doing in their new home, help arrange birthday or holiday celebrations, purchase gifts and perform any other function that helps support our valued residents and their families.
